Zumba® is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness class. It is great fun with great music and a great way to exercise!
I am a licensed Zumba® Instructor and a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor so you are in safe hands!
